Motion by the petitioner-appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 19, 2018, and to continue the remand of the subject children to its care and custody of the pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed and the remand of the subject children to the care and custody of the petitioner-appellant is continued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
