(Docket No. N-4549-18)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent-appellant on appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Orange County, dated November 2, 2018 (two orders), December 6, 2018, and December 20, 2018, to stay enforcement of the orders dated November 2, 2018, and December 20, 2018, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated November 2, 2018, that directed certain visitation until December 6, 2018, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic as the order expired by its terms; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated December 6, 2018, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the respondent-appellant is not aggrieved by that order (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

AUSTIN, J.P., BARROS, CONNOLLY and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
