Motion by Luis Yaguachi on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 13, 2018, to extend the time to perfect the cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal by Phoenix Bridging, Inc., is deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Luis Yaguachi's time to perfect the cross appeal is extended until February 25, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
