| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated June 26, 2018, to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, pursuant to CPLR 5520 to amend the notice of appeal to reflect that the appeal is also from an order of the same court dated September 7, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, pursuant to CPLR 5520 to amend the notice of appeal is denied.
