April 20, 2018, And defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, and for an order continuing the stay of execution of sentence and bail, which stay was previously granted by an order of a Justice of this Court on April 20, 2018 (M-2066),Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the stay of execution of sentence and bail previously set forth in the order of this Court entered April 20, 2018 (M-2066), upon the original terms and conditions, and upon the further condition that the appeal is perfected for the June 2019 Term of Court.
