Application by Barbara Tarmy, as executor of the estate of Gary B. Fradin, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 5, 2016, in effect, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Gary B. Fradin, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Barbara Tarmy, as executor of the estate of Gary B. Fradin, is substituted for the deceased appellant Gary B. Fradin, and the caption is amended accordingly.
