| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 30, 2018, as directs the respondent to pay the sum of only $600 per month as basic child support and to instead direct the respondent to pay the sum of $1,942.50 as basic child support pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order dated November 30, 2018, as directs the respondent to pay the sum of $600 per month as basic child support of the order is stayed and the respondent is directed instead to pay the sum of $1,500 per month as basic child support, pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal is perfected on or before February 25, 2019, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before February 25, 2019, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
