Motion by New York City Transit Authority to consolidate an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 1, 2018, with an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered June 6, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 21, 2018, this Court deemed the notice of appeal and notice of cross appeal from the order entered May 1, 2018, also to be a notice of appeal and notice of cross appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
