It is ordered that the prior order of this Court dated October 31, 2018, assigning counsel for the appellant to prosecute the appeal, is amended to include the appellant's October 4, 2018 resentencing on the November 1, 2017 conviction. The appellant is granted permission to file an untimely notice of appeal. The Criminal Court Appeals Clerk is directed to file a notice of appeal on behalf of the defendant. Upon filing said notice of appeal, that branch of the motion seeking to appeal as a poor person and assignment of counsel is granted. Janet E.
