Motion by Maron J. Vaccarella, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 17, 2018, which denied his motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 13, 2018, and March 24, 2018, respectively, and a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 16, 2018, which dismissed his appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 24, 2018. Separate motion by Maron J. Vaccarella, inter alia, to recuse the judge presiding in the Family Court, to direct the return of the subject child from Peru, and to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 13, 2018, which, on the court's own motion, dismissed his appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 11, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
