DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Joint motion by the appellants, inter alia, for leave to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated June 18, 2018, on one joint brief raising certain issues common to all appellants and separate briefs as to certain appellants raising separate issues as to them, or, in the alternative, for leave to file a joint oversized main brief containing no more than 32,000 words.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
