ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 10, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 24, 2018, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph and the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 12, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "January 24, 2018."
