Motion by the respondent-appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 11, 2018, which dismissed appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated February 28, 2018, for failure to timely perfect, to reinstate the appeals, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matters, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
