| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 3, 2017, to waive certification of the record on appeal pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive certification of the record on appeal pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is denied as unnecessary in light of the order on application of this Court dated January 18, 2019, which extended the time to perfect the appeal until February 19, 2019.
