Separate motions by the appellant Ian Newmark, the appellants Mark Nyitray and Mark Nyitray, D.O., PLLC, and the appellant Eugene S. Pretorius to extend the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 1, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the time to perfect the appeals is extended until April 1, 2019, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
