| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain documents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 5, 2018, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 21, 2017, in the above-entitled action, and the papers filed in connection with the motion and the cross motion that were determined by that order, is granted and on or before March 4, 2019, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing those documents; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until March 4, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
