Motion by Fairway Environmental, LLC, to deem the notice of appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 27, 2018, to reflect that it is the intended party appellant and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that notice of appeal is deemed to reflect that Fairway Environmental, LLC, is the intended party appellant (see CPLR 2001); and it is further,
ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended until March 6, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
