DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Marilyn Solares from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated May 22, 2018.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the attorney for the child assigned by the Family Court, Richmond County, Ralph J. Porzio, 686 Forest Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10310, is relieved of the assignment and directed to turn over all papers in the matter to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child:
