DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Frank Terranova from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated May 18, 2018.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that counsel assigned to represent the respondent by the Family Court, Richmond County, Ralph J. Porzio, 686 Forest Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10310, is relieved as counsel and directed to turn over all papers in the matter to the new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent to defend the appeal:

and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall promptly attempt to contact the respondent at the address provided by this Court, and on or before February 19, 2019, shall notify the Case Manager assigned to the appeal, in writing, that she has done so and that either

(1) the respondent is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment; and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
