Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Steuben County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 3, 2017, and the Attorney for the Children having applied for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Christine F. Redfield, Esq., dated January 28, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted on the condition that the Attorney for the Children submit her briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before February 4, 2019, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
