Motion by the appellant to deem a notice of an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 19, 2017, to be a notice of appeal from an order of the same court dated November 29, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the notice of appeal is deemed to be from the order dated November 29, 2017 (see CPLR 5512[a]), and on or before February 26, 2019, the appellant shall correct the copies of the record filed with the Clerk of the Court to include the order dated November 29, 2017, and file a replacement digital copy of the record which contains the order dated November 29, 2017.
