Motion by the respondents for leave to redact certain material from the administrative record annexed to their answer in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 3, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before February 27, 2019, the respondents shall redact the petitioner's date of birth (except for year), street address, bank account number (except for the last four digits), and driver's license number (except for the last three digits) from the administrative record annexed to their answer.
