Respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 23, 2018, and for an order consolidating that appeal with the appeal taken from an order of the Family Court entered September 24, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Linda M. Campbell, Esq., dated January 7, 2019, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted, that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to March 25, 2019, and that, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an order consolidating the appeals is dismissed as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9 [f] [3]).
