ORDERED that the order of this Court dated February 6, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 23, 2018, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the title heading "Order to Show Cause" and substituting therefor the title heading "Decision and Order on Motion."
