Motion by the respondent to correct the appearance of counsel contained in a decision and order of this Court dated December 12, 2018 (167 AD3d 798), which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated September 23, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the decision and order of this Court dated December 12, 2018, in the above-entitled action is amended by deleting from the appearance for the respondent's counsel the firm name and address "Daniel H. Richland, PLLC, Lindenhurst, NY," and substituting therefor the firm name and address "Richland & Falkowski, PLLC, Washingtonville, NY (Daniel H. Richland, of counsel)."
