Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Orleans on June 21, 2017, and to adjourn oral argument,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Allyson B. Levine, Esq., dated December 10, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a respondent's brief on the condition that the brief is filed and served on or before February 1, 2019, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to adjourn oral argument, and the appeal is removed from the February 27, 2019, day calendar and is added to the term of the Court commencing April 1, 2019.
