Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kathleen P. Reardon, Esq., sworn to December 17, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 5, 2018 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date December 24, 2018 and inserting in place thereof the date February 22, 2019, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the County of Monroe is hereby directed to provide Kathleen P. Reardon, Esq. with a copy of appellant's May 25, 2016 plea colloquy, upon which she was convicted of sexual abuse in the first degree.
