An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 8, 2017, and appellant having moved for an order granting a reconstruction hearing, for an extension of time to perfect, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bruce C. Entelisano, Esq., sworn to December 9, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of James S. Rizzo, Esq., dated January 2, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted, that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to March 18, 2019, and that, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is in all other respects denied.
