Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 5, 2018, and all proceedings in the above-entitled action as well as all proceedings in an action pending in the same court under Index No. 70018/18, including but not limited to recording a satisfaction of mortgage or discharging a lien on the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the judgment.
