| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 5, 2007. By order to show cause dated December 21, 2018, the parties to the appeals and cross appeal were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals and cross appeal in the above-entitled action as abandoned.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals and cross appeal is granted, and the appeals and cross appeal are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
