ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 14, 2018, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "February 9, 2019," and substituting therefor the date "February 11, 2019."
