Oparaji, Maurice v Municipal Credit Union It is Ordered that motion & cross motion are consolidated for disposition. It is further Ordered that defendant-respondent's motion seeking to dismiss above-captioned appeal is denied.
It is also further Ordered that the plaintiff-appellant's motion is granted only to the extent of the enlargement of time to perfect the appeals. Appellant shall perfect the appeals by no later than the June 2019 term - the filing deadline for which is April 9, 2019. The remainder of the motion is denied.
In the event of plaintiff-appellant's failure to comply with this Court's order, defendant-respondent may move on five days notice for an order dismissing the appeals.
