DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, one dated March 29, 2017, and two dated June 30, 2017, to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the attorney for the nonparty Margaret K. to be relieved of the assignment and for the assignment of new counsel or, in the alternative, for an extension of time so that the nonparty Margaret K. can retain counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the attorney for the children is granted, the time for the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief on the appeals is extended until March 13, 2019, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion by the attorney for the nonparty Margaret K. is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Family Court, Richmond County.
