| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 19, 2018. Cross motion by the appellant, in effect, to preclude the respondent from filing a brief and to direct that the appeal be determined solely on the appellant's brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until February 27, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
