Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, both dated March 16, 2018. Separate motions by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the appeals are consolidated, and appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.5[e][1]) and by serving and filing the appellant's brief on the appeals is extended until February 28, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
