DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with additional documents to aid in the preparation of his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 7, 2016. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to be furnished with additional documents and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to extend the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to be furnished with additional documents is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers more specifically describing the items that are sought and the relationship between those items and the issues to be raised in the pro se supplemental brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the pro se supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before April 15, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the pro se supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
