Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated June 20, 2018, and June 29, 2018, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's appendix and the briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 20, 2018, are deemed to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 29, 2018, and on or before March 15, 2019, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix which contains the order dated June 29, 2018, and the notice of appeal from that order, and to correct the covers of the appellant's appendix and the briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 20, 2018, to reflect that they are also filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 29, 2018.
