Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated February 8, 2018 and June 7, 2018 and for an extension of time to perfect said appeals is granted, without costs, dismissal of the appeals is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to April 8, 2019, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for consolidation is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record and brief.
