Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 11, 2018, and October 18, 2018, respectively, termination of its lease and/or commencement or continuation of eviction proceedings, and all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the orders.
