Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated November 19, 2018, to stay her eviction from the subject premises, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court dated September 10, 2018, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
