The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Ronald Fabre, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered July 31, 2018, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon appellant furnishing this court with proper papers.

Appellant has failed to furnish this court with the financial affidavit necessary to determine whether he is indigent.
