Defendant Robert Doar, as Commissioner of the New York City Human Resources Administration having appealed from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 15, 2013 and April 28, 2015, and defendant Samuel Roberts, as Commissioner of the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance having also appealed from the order entered on or about April 28, 2015,And by order entered May 19, 2016 (M-1402), this Court, having, inter alia, consolidated the State defendant's appeal with the City defendant's appeal, and the City defendant having moved for a further enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the consolidated appeals to the September 2019 Term.
