Separate appeals having been taken from two judgments of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about April 22, 2014 (Cal. No. 2015-1272) and on or about November 12, 2014 (Cal. No. 2018-3417), and the appeals having been perfected for the April 2019 Term and March 2019 Term respectively, And defendant-appellant having moved to have the appeals calendared on the same day in the April 2019 Term, And the People having opposed the motion, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of adjourning the perfected appeals to the May 2019 Term, and directing the Clerk of the Court to calendar both appeals, under New York County Ind.
