Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises and to stay the respondent, or anyone acting on its behalf, from selling or transferring the subject premises pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated August 23, 2017, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered September 18, 2018, to consolidate the appeals from the orders with the appeal from the order and judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal for the order and judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal for the order and judgment are granted, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders are deemed to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and on or before March 5, 2019, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and notice of appeal for the order and judgment; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
