Midland Funding LLC v Hernandez, Maura It is Ordered that motion & cross-motion are consolidated for disposition. It is further Ordered that plaintiff-respondent's motion seeking to dismiss appeal is denied.
It is also further Ordered that defendant-appellant's cross motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted. Respondent-appellant shall perfect the appeal by no later than the June 2019 term - the filing deadline for which is April 9, 2019. In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with this Court's order, petitioner-respondent may move on five days notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
