Motion by Joseph Gravagna for leave to appeal to this Court from three orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (IDV Part), all dated January 18, 2019, to vacate those orders and to consolidate appeals from those orders with appeals from two orders of the same court both dated December 20, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
