ORDER ON CERTIFICATION Assignment of Counsel

Appeal by Ruben Pagan from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated October 19, 2018. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Susan Tapper, dated February 18, 2019, it is

ORDERED that Irma Gonzalez is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal on her behalf:

and it is further,

(1) Irma Gonzalez is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) Irma Gonzalez is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact her, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
