Defendant having moved for an order directing respondent to turn over the minutes of the grand jury testimony of Elizabeth Watts, as produced to the defense in open court on

March 15, 2012, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about May 14, 2012, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing respondent to immediately provide appellant's counsel with a copy of the aforementioned grand jury testimony of witness Elizabeth Watts, and enlarging the time to perfect said appeal to the June 2019 Term.ENTERED: February 21, 2019
