Motion to vacate dismissal of appeal taken by notice of appeal dated August 11, 2017, for consolidation, for extension of time to perfect said appeal and to supplement record on appeal and brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated August 11, 2017 is granted, without costs, and the dismissal of said appeal is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for consolidation is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the appeals taken by the notices of appeal dated February 17, 2017 and August 11, 2017 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record and brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to April 8, 2019, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to supplement the record on appeal and brief is granted, without costs, only to the extent that appellants shall, on or before April 8, 2019, file and serve a supplemental record on appeal which shall include the following: (1) the summons, (2) the complaint and (3) the answer.
