DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Jose B. Nunez from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated February 22, 2017, and a money judgment of the same court also dated February 22, 2017, entered upon the order.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground no objections have been reviewed by a Family Court judge in connection with the order dated February 22, 2017, and the money judgment also dated February 22, 2017 (see Family Ct Act § 439[e]).
